2010-06-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/702342摘要：本研究採用書目計量方法，以前一年計畫成果為基礎，進一步瞭解臺灣國合對象（cooperation counterpart）的表現，分析國合對象科研論文在該國相對水準與國合主持人科研論文在臺灣的相對水準落差。本研究欲比較國合補助論文、國合成效論文、國合對象論文、臺灣研究型大學論文與臺灣整體論文之間的表現與落差，更深入評估臺灣合著論文表現。希冀能找出臺灣國際合著各方面的表現，建議較適合臺灣的國際合著模式，以提升臺灣論文發表水準及國際學術競爭力，並藉由探討國際合著與臺灣優勢領域的開發，作為未來發展國合計畫及合作對象選擇之參考。<br> Abstract: Based on the achievements of the previous year, this study adopted bibliometric methods to further realize performance assessment of NSC’s cooperation counterparts. It analyzes the standard gap between the standard of scientific research papers of the cooperation counterparts in their nations, and the correlative levels of funded subjects’ scientific research papers in Taiwan. This study intends to compare and contrast the international co-authorship performance in Taiwan from different aspects. It is anticipated to search a more suitable format of international co-authorship in Taiwan, for raising paper quality and international academic competitiveness.
