2012-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/658345摘要： 鑑於水中新興污染物的議題逐漸受到重視，環保署執行四年期「飲用水水源與水質中新興污染物對人體健康風險評估之研究計畫」，目的在於評估飲用水水源與水質中之新興污染物對於人體潛在之健康影響，並評析其於淨水場之處理效能及淨水後水質現況。本年度計畫為四年期計畫之第三年，將蒐集美國環保署第三階段污染物候選清單 (US EPA CCL3)、國外飲用水水質已(待)列管污染物調查、國內外文獻、預期建立15項環境荷爾蒙及個人照護用品類污染物清單並彙整其毒理資料庫，以供主管機關作為是否列入飲用水水質標準之參考依據。 為調查國內飲用水水源與水質中新興污染物之流佈，本計畫水質採樣分析工作針對台灣北中南地區6座淨水場進行三次採樣分析，分析原水及清水中15項環境荷爾蒙及個人照護用品類污染物之濃度，並評估淨水流程之處理效能。 計畫執行期間將召開三專家諮詢會，針對管制清單項目、資料庫建置、淨水場及河川水體採樣等進行討論。此外，本計畫亦將針對污染物候選清單建立定期檢討機制，以供環保署參考。<br> Abstract: Due to the potential health concerns of emerging contaminants in drinking water, the EPA of Taiwan launched a four-year project entitled “Health Risk assessment of emerging contaminants in water sources and treated drinking water” to assess the potential contaminants in drinking water and the potential health effect from the emerging contaminants, finished water quality, and evaluate the treatment efficiencies of selected emerging chemicals in water treatment processes. This study is the third year study of the four-year project, which will search and collect information from Contaminant Candidate List 3 developed by US EPA, the regulated and unregulated contaminants from international societies like WHO, the literatures published in academic journals to select 15 chemicals from categories of environmental disrupting chemicals (EDCs) and pharmaceutical and personal care products (PPCPs) as the potential candidate contaminants for further evaluation. In order to investigate the occurrences of the selected emerging contaminants in drinking water, the raw water and finished water samples will be taken from six water treatment plants in different parts of Taiwan. The results will be used to assess the treatment efficiencies of those chemicals with conventional treatment procersses. During the study, three Panelists Meetings will be held and several related subjects will be discussed, which include the selection of the 15 chemicals, review of the toxicological database for further evaluation, occurrence and treatment efficiencies of the emerging chemicals in water treatment processes, etc. In addition, this study will also propose a review process for regular reviewing of the contaminants candidate list.飲用水水質標準新興污染物待列管污染物清單健康風險評估環境荷爾蒙Drinking water quality standardsemerging contaminantscontaminant candidates listhealth risk assessmentenvironmental disrupting chemicals
