2018-01-192024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/661165摘要:通用土壤流失公式(USLE)為臺灣地區常用之估算土壤流失量之方法,亦為水土保持手冊所採用,為更新臺灣地區年降雨沖蝕指數,以符合臺灣地區目前現況、特性或空間分佈之精度等需求,並考量近年氣候變遷影響,而有執行本計畫之需求。過去水土保持局已於105年及106年進行臺灣北部與中部地區年降雨沖蝕指數之修訂探討計畫,為完整更新臺灣地區年降雨沖蝕指數,本計畫將針對臺灣東部地區觀測雨滴粒徑資料,並配合蒐集之降雨歷史資料,進行年降雨沖蝕指數的計算。另考量到雨量站網在空間分布上仍有不足,利用考量時空變異之推估方式進行年降雨沖蝕指數之補遺與推估,進而制訂與更新臺灣地區之年降雨沖蝕指數。考量未來作為工程規劃設計使用,提出降雨沖蝕指數查詢平台構想,供後續建置之參考。<br> Abstract: The Universal Soil Loss Equation (USLE) has been used and adopted as the method in the handbook of Soil and Water Conservation in Taiwan for evaluating soil loss. In this study, annual rainfall erosion index (the rainfall and runoff factor, R) in Taiwan is to be renewed, to reflect the present situation, characteristics, and their spatial distribution. In the past two years, namely, in 2016 and 2017, the R factor of northern and central Taiwan has been preliminarily revised by Soil and Water Conservation Bureau (SWCB). To completely renew the R factor in the Taiwan area, in this study, the raindrop size distribution of eastern Taiwan will be observed and determined. Using these data, accompanied with the collected historical rainfall data, the annual rainfall erosion index of eastern Taiwan is computed. Considering the deficiency of the rainfall observation stations distributed in this area, an estimating model of spatial and temporal variation is to be adopted to supplement and evaluate these data, so that the annual rainfall erosion index in whole Taiwan area can be obtained and renewed.
