2011-12-202024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/684432摘要：將臺灣學術論著翻譯成全球最通用的英語傳遞，能展現國家軟實力，國家教育研究院向來以編著與翻譯優良學術論著為其重點業務，為提升臺灣學術論著的國際能見度，推行臺灣學術論著英文書摘的工作，實有責無旁貸之重任。 本研究主要探討推動華文學術論著英文摘要計畫的理論基礎與實作方針，以推廣國家教育研究院和臺灣學界著作國際化的角度，分析各種選書政策、英文書摘方式及其出版發行可行方案，站在學術傳播的立場，開拓全球學界認識臺灣學術界的產能，進而回饋臺灣學界，刺激出新的研究方向，臺灣學術知識才得以不斷創新，以建立國家教育研究院發展中書英譯的學術形象和權威品牌。<br> Abstract: Research achievement is an indicator of a country’s development. The abstracting of research publications in English greatly facilitates international scholarly communication. It is also a good way to demonstrate a country’s soft power. The Development Center for Compilation and Translation of the National Academy for Educational Research bears the official responsibility in promoting Taiwan’s academic publications. To enhance the international visibility of our research achievement, it is essential to establish a mechanism for publishing and disseminating English abstracts of our country’s scholarly publications so that Taiwan will be recognized and stay competitive in the global arena of research. This study will explore and evaluate the possible means and the potential problems and solutions in implementing an English abstracting service for Taiwan’s research publications.
