2007-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/682450摘要:台灣花薊馬(Frankliniella intonsa)為台灣常見的花卉害蟲,近年來因為花卉作物的外銷,而更顯其經濟重要性。台灣花薊馬體型細小,且隱蔽於花朵及心葉中銼吸汁液,造成化學防治上的困難。因此,利用薊馬對有色黏蟲紙的趨性來輔助化學防治,抑或在田間監測薊馬的棲群密度實有其必要性。因為昆蟲視覺所見的可見光譜與人類的明顯不同,我們所看見的顏色對於昆蟲來說也不具任何意義,所以我們擬以光學物理為基礎測試台灣花薊馬的顏色偏好性。本計畫擬將設計行為實驗以界定出台灣花薊馬所偏好的波長範圍,並且依據此結果開發出有色黏紙,並將此色紙施用於田間評估其誘集台灣花薊馬之效用。本計畫之研究成果於田間應用上,將可有效監測並降低其田間族群數量並減少施用化學藥劑所花費的金錢及人力資源。 <br> Abstract: Flower thrips (Frankliniella intonsa) are common pests on flowers in Taiwan. Because the thrips are tiny and usually hide themselves in flowers, pesticides poorly reach the pests. On the other hand, sticky color papers have been used to physically control and the thrips. Sticky color papers are also used for monitoring the population density of the thrip. However, since the difference bwteen human and the pest’s color vision systems, naming the color preference of the thrips by our vision is useless and meaningless. To test the color preference of the thrips, behavioural experiments to test the color preference will be applied with reflectance spectrum measurements. By determining the reflectance spectrum of papers, we will be able to identify the preferred wavelengths and create the effective color papers.
