HON-MAN LIUShih H.C.Huang Y.C.Wang Y.H.2020-08-212020-08-2120010028-3940https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/513479We report cases of posterior cranial fossa arteriovenous fistula (AVF) with presenting with exophthalmos, chemosis and tinnitus in 26- and 66-year-old men. The final diagnoses was vertebral artery AVF and AVF of the marginal sinus, respectively. The dominant venous drainage was the cause of the unusual presentation: both drained from the jugular bulb or marginal sinus, via the inferior petrosal and cavernous sinuses and superior ophthalmic vein.
