The final diagnoses was vertebral artery AVF and AVF of the marginal sinus, respectively. The dominant venous drainage was the cause of the unusual presentation: both drained from the jugular bulb or marginal sinus, via the inferior petrosal and cavernous sinuses and superior ophthalmic vein. We used endovascular techniques, with coils and liquid adhesives to occlude the fistulae, with resolution of the symptoms and signs.[SDGs]SDG3adhesive agent; adult; aged; article; brain arteriovenous malformation; carotid cavernous fistula; case report; cavernous sinus; conjunctiva disease; exophthalmos; human; jugular vein; male; nuclear magnetic resonance imaging; posterior fossa; priority journal; sinus venosus; symptom; tinnitus; vertebral artery; Adult; Aged; Arteriovenous Fistula; Cavernous Sinus; Cranial Fossa, Posterior; Humans; Male; Vertebral ArteryPosterior cranial fossa arteriovenous fistula with presenting as caroticocavernous fistulajournal article10.1007/s002340100551113967472-s2.0-0035003873
