2008-08-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/709370摘要:從環境工程觀點而言,生命週期評估是基於我們對環境保護的重視與認知,評估產品從原物料的取得、設計、生產、製造、使用、消費、直到最終處理的整個生命週期中,本身及環境所可能面臨到的衝擊。另從經濟層面而言,生命週期成本分析則主要評估產品在以上設計、製造、使用、維修、直到回收處理等過程中的實質成本。兩者有些異曲同工之處。在化石能源即將用盡、各種替代能源沸沸揚揚的此時,我們可以把替代能源、尤其是綠色電力替代能源視為產品,應用以上既有的知識與作法,進行生命週期盤查與環境衝擊分析,以為替代能源選擇之依據。本計畫的主要目的係配合總計畫之推動,由機械工程、環境工程、工業工程與管理等不同面向,以風力發電、太陽能光電與燃料電池等綠色電力能源為主要探討對象,實施生命週期盤查與環境衝擊分析的工作。研究時,將由能源技術面出發,首先瞭解並探討各種綠色電力能源所使用到的技術原理及其發展現況與趨勢;而後應用生命週期成本、風險評估等手法與技術,進行效益評估;最後再利用環工或經濟領域已開發出的生命週期評估軟體作為生命週期分析工具,進行各種生命週期評估與分析(包括能源效率、經濟效益、環境衝擊等3E分析),並與前述其他分析與評估結果相互比對、驗證。本研究將結合能源技術、生命週期評估模式與風險性評估分析來建立綠色電力能源系統之單項效能指標與總體分析指標,並配合總計畫所將建立之決策支援系統,推動各類型發電技術之永續性評估,期能建構適用於我國永續能源發展之決策支援系統,以應用於各類型綠色能源之永續性及環境衝擊評估,同時作為我國政府制定綠色能源與技術相關政策之決策支援依據。因為以上議題牽涉到能源技術、成本效益分析、環境風險評估等不同議題,所以結合機械工程、環境工程、工業工程與管理等不同系所的師生共同投入研究,應係合理且適當者。<br> Abstract: The life cycle assessment (LCA) is a methodology for assessing the environmental impact of a product over its full-life cycle. It is similar to the life cycle analysis (also abbreviated as LCA) employed in the economics field. In the current energy-shortage era, various kinds of green-power energy can be considered products, and LCA can be applied to them for understanding their impacts to the environment as well as their economic benefits and costs. The present study proposes to perform life cycle assessment and analysis for various kinds of green-power energy and make comparison among them. Wind-power system, photovoltaic-power generating system (PV system) and fuel cell will be studied and discussed in detail. Since energy is an important and common topic to all disciplinary people, analytical techniques developed in mechanical, environmental and industrial engineering and engineering management will be employed, whether available, in the present study. For a particular green-power energy system, we will first study its efficiency based on mechanical knowledge or techniques. The result will provide basis for further economic LCA performed by industrial-engineering participants and LCA carried out by environmental-engineering participants of the project. The final result will be compared with that obtained from commercial software packages. Comparison will be made among all studied systems.
