2013-02-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/658940摘要：本研究計畫的目的在建立完全使用國產飼糧原料之乳羊飼養模式，共計三年試驗期間逐年探討盡最大可能使用各類綠肥作物以及農業副產物來搭配國產芻料之乳羊飼養模式。第一年以國產玉米青貯、花生藤、啤酒粕、黃豆渣組合模式當為試驗組，與進口百慕達乾草、苜蓿乾草、苜蓿粒、玉米、大豆粕組合當為對照組相互比較採食量、養分消化率、產乳量、乳組成成分。第二年以國產玉米大豆混合青貯、高粱酒粕、黃豆殼組合模式當為試驗組，與進口百慕達乾草、苜蓿乾草、苜蓿粒、玉米、大豆粕組合當為對照組相互比較。第三年以國產混植禾豆乾草、玉米粒青貯、高粱酒粕、黃豆渣組合模式當為試驗組，與進口百慕達乾草、苜蓿乾草、苜蓿粒、玉米、大豆粕組合當為對照組相互比較。三年試驗均採用switch back試驗設計，以代謝架飼養8頭剛過了泌乳高峰期的Alpine泌乳羊，分成2個處理組，每個處理組4頭泌乳羊，先任選一組羊餵飼試驗飼糧，另一組羊則接受對照飼糧。試驗期包含17天適應期與4天採樣期。完成第一期試驗之後，兩組羊隻互調飼糧，再進行相同的一期試驗。<br> Abstract: The present project is proposed establish a dairy goat feeding system based totally on domestic forage and feed ingredients. The first year study will compare the ration made of domestic produced corn silage, peanut stover, brewers’ grains and soybean curd pomance with the ration made of imported bermudagrass hay, alfalfa hay, alfalfa pellet, corn and soybean meal in regard to the nutrient intake, nutrient digestibility, milk production and milk composition. The second year study will compare the ration made of domestic produced corn-soybean whole plant mixed silage, sorghum distillers’ grains and soybean hulls with the ration made of imported bermudagrass hay, alfalfa hay, alfalfa pellet, corn and soybean meal. The third year study will compare the ration made ofdomestic produced grass-legume mixed hay, high moisture corn, sorghum distillers’ grains and soybean curd pomance with the ration made of imported bermudagrass hay, alfalfa hay, alfalfa pellet, corn and soybean meal. All three years will employed switch back experimental design using eight lactating Alpine dairy goats just past the peak of milk production devided into two groups and kept in individual metabolism crates. Each period consists of 17 days of adjustment and 4 dys of sampling.
