2009-02-272024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/661416摘要:病害與環境逆境是限制全球作物產量與品質之主要因素,各國皆投注大量資源以研發有效控制這些問題的農政策略。基於有效性、經濟效益及減少農藥使用等考量,作物分子育種已成為全球各國積極發展「綠色工業」的重要農業研發課題,但持續過量表現外來基因常會造成轉基因植物生長與發育不正常,對農園藝性狀有不良影響,故研發植物誘導性基因啟動子,對作物保護生技是十分必需的工作。本計畫將針對可被病害與環境逆境共同調控之茄科作物抗菌蛋白關鍵合成酵素sesquiterpene cyclase (EAS)基因啟動子做為研究目標,深入探討在茄科作物中中此啟動子被病菌及環境逆境誘導之特性,並研發在作物保護與分子農場上的應用性。<br> Abstract: Diseases and abiotic stress are major factors limiting crop yield, storage, production and quality worldwide. Genetic engineering of stress-tolerance in crops has become popular and valuable in terms of cost and efficacy. However, overexpression may lead to deleterious effects on crop growth and development.
