陳俊雄臺灣大學:電信工程學研究所蔡富凱Tsai, Fu-KaiFu-KaiTsai2007-11-272018-07-052007-11-272018-07-052006http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/58786在本論文中,一共製作了五種基板合成波導濾波器,使用FR4與RO4003板子實現。而其中包含了兩階、三階、四階柴比雪夫響應 ,利用兩層版實現電感以及電容性耦合來達成四階橢圓函數響應,使之具有一對傳輸零點,以期有較好的頻率選擇度。最後利用步階性阻抗共振腔,製作基板合成波導濾波器,使用兩層RO4003板子完成,由於步階性阻抗有慢波的效果,所以能達成尺寸縮小、截止帶效果變好等優點。In this study, designed and examined measured four kinds of substrate-integrated-waveguide (SIW) filters. The implemented filters contain two-order, three-order, and four-order ones which possess the Chebyshev’s response. These filters structures are fabricated on the two-layer PCB board. Specifically, suitable inductive and capacitive couplings are introduced such that one-pair of ransmission zeros may be created to realize a 4th-order filter with elliptic response to improve the filter selectivity. Finally, used step-impedance resonator for filter design , and implement by two-layer substrate RO4003.
