朱子豪2006-07-252018-06-282006-07-252018-06-282001http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/11392本子計畫是以環保及水利設施部分的土地利用為研究對象，主要的研究目的是透過對環保及水利設施相關土地利用在三百年來在研究區中之類型及分布的變化的調查，並掌握其可能承載之活動及主要環境衝擊對象與途逕，以描述及模式化環保與水利設施的變因及其變遷對環境之衛擊，進而對未來環保及水利設施土地利用變遷加以預測，並對其用地規劃提供建議性規範。 本子計畫總目標是建立環保及水利設施土地利用之變遷模式，及 其對環境之衝擊模式，並將成果落實於相關機構業務中。第三年之分年目標如下： 1 ．建立衝擊指標及量測方式。 2 ．建立環保及水利設施土地利用環境衝擊模式。 本子計畫第一年中將運用古地圖，歷史資料來整理較久遠（30 年以前）之土地利用分布，再利用航照、地圖、衛星影像及官方資料來整理30 年內之土地利用變化，並儘量以圖表示其土地利用分布、兩時段間之空間變化、及類型與數量的變遷• 以GIS 建立不同年代之土地利用責料庫，並以疊圖法（O veriay ）比較分析其各兩年期間之變遷，再利用訪談及文獻整理，將不同之環保及水利設施依其類別及規模，分門別類地整理出不年代可能對環境有較大影響之活動，現象及其可能之影響環境的衝擊項目及其注度與傳播途逕。 本子計畫第二年利用近年土地利用變遷之分布及事實，將土地利用變遷之質化模式完成，並且建立環保及水利設施土地利用及其上活動對環境之主要衝擊項目清單。 本計畫第三年選擇水利設施中之河海堤及環保設施中之圾垃掩埋場來進行環境衝擊指標之選擇及量測方法之設計，並以由上期所推演之環境因子、環境課題為素材建立環境街擊之模式。In this sub-project, the landuse of environmental and hydraulic facilities are the research target landuse types The major goals are to describe and model the changes and their environmental impacts of the environmental and hydraulic facility landuse, through learning the distribution and the activities and their impact factors and broadcast paths., then furthermore, to predict the changes of these types of landuse and also to give the advisory regulations for their landuse planning and management. The goals of tbirt-year project are listed as follows: 1.to establish a set of impart index and theft measure methods; 2.to build a Environmental impart model. In this project a set of old maps and historical data were applied to collect the further periods, while aerophotos, satellite images, landuse maps and official data were used to collect the landuse changes for the recent years. a conerp furl well for landuse changes , in terms of nydraubrc facility and Environmental facility. Then a set of environmental impart index were selerted and the measure methods were design and implemented.
