2018-05-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/702809摘要：本設施計畫的長程目標為建立一個符合世界級規範並包含「基礎-功能性基因體學研究」與「臨床應用-精準醫療檢測」的核心實驗室。完整的基因體平台設施及ISO15189 認證醫學實驗室使我們可以提供使用者全面的基因體學服務與輔助使用者執行臨床試驗任務。我們希望藉由本核心實驗室的服務可以厚植台灣精準醫療的研發能力及提升台灣生技醫藥產業競爭力。在過去的兩年半，核心產出的服務金額約八千萬元，使用者發表論文及核心發表論文共16 篇，申請美國與台灣專利共4 件，合作研究發表論文51 篇並協助執行科技部跨國頂尖中心計畫。在教育訓練及推廣方面，藉由產學合作培育業界需求之人才、舉辦學術研討會及參與海內外生物醫學相關研討會、拜訪有服務需求的國內學研界來進行科技交流與行銷核心。在未來的一年，我們訂定五個目標以達到本計畫的長程目標 (1) 建置先進與完善的功能性基因體研究平台，並提供使用者基因體整體解決方案 (2) 依據精準醫療精神，建立專案管理式體外診斷服務平台，提供臨床試驗及轉譯研究符合國際ISO15189醫學實驗室認證的基因檢測服務(3) 提供全方位一站式單一窗口服務 (4) 以產學研合作補足台灣生技醫藥產業技術及產業鏈缺口 (5) 訓練生技產業所需人才，推動生技產業升。於本年度計畫提出五項關鍵績效指標，(i)服務總收人：NT 45,000,000 (ii) 包括產學合作與技轉在內的產業投資：NT 10,000,000 (iii) 輪文發表：20 篇 (iv) 博士後高階生技產業人才培育：3 人次 (v) 工作坊/研討會：8 場。我們希望透過這些努力達到從生技教育、研發到生技產業鏈從上游到下游的無縫接軌以提升生技產業之附加價值與完善生技產業價值鏈，提升台灣生技產業的國際競爭力。<br> Abstract: The main purpose of this project is to establish a national-level functional genomics center with basic genomics study and clinical application of precision medicine. We can support the state-of-the-art services for researchers to strengthen the precision medicine and the competitive ability of Taiwan biotech/pharma industry by providing advanced and integrated functional genomic tools, as well as ISO15189 certificated gene testing services. In the past near two years, the service income is NT 80,288,125. 16 articles were published by core members and service users. Published 51 articles were due to collaborations. 4 internal patents were applied. We also educated students to be ready for industrial needs. We held dozens of workshops and joined conferences for learning and service promoting as well. In the next year, we have 5 specific aims (1) Continues establishing advanced and comprehensive genomics platforms and providing total solutions. (2) Set up PMP IVD platforms and provide ISO15189 certified clinical reports according to the principle of "Precision Medicine" . (3) Providing one-stop services. (4) Making full collaboration with Taiwan biotech/pharma industry. (5) Boosting upgrade of Taiwan biotech/pharma industry. The KPI proposed in this proposal are (i) total service income: NT 45,000,000 (ii) industry investment including industry-academic cooperation and technology transfer: NT 10,000,000 (iii) publication: 20 (iv) Postdoc industry-based education: 3 person-time (v) Workshop/Conference holding: 8 times. We are hoping to make seamless convergence of industrial chain from biotechnology education, research and development.
