2008-08-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/664052摘要:形狀記憶合金(SMAs),包括TiNi 基、Fe-Pd 基及Fe 基等擁有形狀記憶效應(SME),超彈性(PE)及不錯的制震能等之性能,因而被視為是機能(智慧)材料,並應用到機械、能源、控制、醫工、國防等工業,是一個具有相當應用潛力的尖端材料。由於工業應用朝向輕薄短小的方向走,而用在這些小型化產品的SMAs,其性能之要求更甚於大型產品者,因而如何改進SMAs 之性能便變得相當重要。例如TiNi 基SMAs 應用在MEMS 或醫工上之微泵或微制動器如何能使其性能再精進;又擁有磁彈型之Fe-30 at.%Pd-X SMAs 經合金設計已可在常溫下具有PE,然在磁力下其PE 性能將如何改進;而廉價的Fe 基SMAs 如Fe-Mn-Si-Ni-(Cr)合金如何能使其單向/雙向之SME/PE 再精進;而目前因為醫學上之需求而開發的多孔質TiNi SMAs,如何由合金粉末燒結出優質且質輕E 值小之TiNi SMAs。很顯然地,要充分達到上述改進SMAs 性能之目的,需整合有經驗的學者在一起,在總主持人的規劃與協調下彼此合作,以期早日達到目標。本整合型計畫為一個三年期之計畫,由台大吳錫侃教授擔任總主持人,藉由他過去十餘年來在鈦鎳SMAs 之豐富研究經驗,規劃協調並主持本整合型總計畫。而各子計畫之研究依需要分別由國內學有專長之教授擔任,其中子計畫一由台大吳錫侃教授主持,負責改進TiNi 基SMAs 性能之研究;子計畫二由清大胡塵滌教授主持,負責改進Fe-Pd-X 磁彈型SMAs 性能之研究;子計畫三由台大林新智教授主持,負責改進Fe基SMAs 之研究;子計畫四由台大黃坤祥教授主持,負責研究燒結性能優越的多孔質TiNi SMAs。本計畫以改進SMAs 性能的研究為群體目標,整合有關之人力及資源、技術及能力,藉由實驗及經驗之互相搭配及交流,預期在三年的研究期間內,以群體之力量早日掌握有優質性能的SMAs。<br> Abstract: Shape memory alloys (SEMs) exhibit uncommon characteristics of shape memory effect (SME), superelasticity (PE) and high damping capacity, and therefore are regarded as functional or smart materials. At present, SMAs have been applied to the engineering fields of machinery, energy, control, medicine and defense etc. The growing number of certificated patents and commercial products indicates SMAs are highly potential advance materials. However, the trend of industrial products, especially 3C product, is toward the miniaturization. In the mean time, most of SMAs applications in MEMS and medical fields are also in miniature product. The SMAs used in miniature products demand good properties performance, and therefore, the properties improvement of SMAs becomes an important issue at present. The purpose of this 3-year integral project is aimed to improve the properties of SMAs, included TiNi-based SMAs, magnetoelastic Fe-Pd-X SMAs. Fe-Mn-Si-Ni-(Cr) SMAs and porous TiNi SMAs. From the integration of experience and experiment, we can more understand and improve the SMAs’ properties. Therefore, a 3-year term integrated project is proposed. Prof. S.K. Wu of National Taiwan University (NTU) is the principle investigator of this integrated project. There are four subprojects. The first one is focused on the improvement of TiNi-based SMAs properties and is investigated by Prof. S.K. Wu. The second one studies the improvement of magnetoelastic Fe-Pd-X SMAs properties. This subproject is guided by Prof. C.T. Hu of National Tsing- Hua University. The third one is focused on the SME/PE improvement of Fe-based SMAs and is conducted by Prof. H.C. Lin of NTU. The fourth one is focused on the improvement of porous TiNi SMAs properties. This subproject is investigated by Prof. K.S. Hwang of NTU. Obviously, the goal of this integrated project is aimed to study intensively the properties improvement of SMAs from the above-mentioned research group. These researches will approach from the viewpoints of both experiment and experience.
