2014-04-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/680685摘要:鑒於我國節能科技、政策與產業對能源使用者之需求與使用行為了解不足,導致多數節能科技研發成果無法創造實際經濟與社會利益,本計畫企圖透過節能產品與服務之使用者經驗研究,加強各界對終端能源使用者之行為與需求的理解。本計畫擬以紮實的使用者研究為基礎來建立節能產品與服務之使用者經驗準則,並經過實際創新設計案例的操演進行準則之評估與修訂,以確保其正確性與可行性。本計畫分為三大相互關聯且互動緊密的研究區塊:子計畫一聚焦於節能產品與服務之使用者經驗研究,建立節能產品與服務之使用者行為模式,挖掘創新機會,並研擬使用者經驗評估方法;子計畫二則致力於節能產品與服務之創新設計,應用使用者經驗準則操練三項 創新設計案,並產出應用案例之設計導引;總計畫則將整合國內外相關研究與子計畫一、二研究成果,將之綜整為一套完善的節能產品與服務的使用者經驗準則,並彙編成一本使用者經驗創新手冊(簡稱節能UX Guidebook),以利業者將使用者經驗導入節能產品或服務之開發。節能UX Guidebook 內容包含設計原則、設計導引、使用者經驗評估方法與優化之使用者經驗創新流程。透過節能UX Guidebook 的推廣,可望提升節能產品、服務與政策之國人接受度,使節能生活得以真正落實,產業價值得以提升。<br> Abstract: Insightful user behavior and in-depth user-experience design guidelines are essentialfor developing energy-efficiency products and services to realize large-scale energy savings.User behavior and patterns can be systematically categorized through user experience study while user-experience design guidelines can be iteratively evolved through proof-of-concept product or service prototypes. The aim of this project is thus two-fold. First, user experience study will be conducted to identify user types, to explore user patterns and models of energy usage, and to unfold multi-facets of users. Second, the findings from user experience study will be translated into useful user-experience design guidelines to facilitate future development of energy-efficiency products and services from public and private sectors. The main project will lead the efforts of synthesizing a user-experience guidebook which consist of user experience principles, design guidelines, innovation process and evaluation methods. Subproject 1 will focus on user experience study and user testing; the findings will be invaluable for long-term strategic planning to untap the users’ potential for large-scale energy savings. Subproject 2 will design and implement proof-of-concept product or service prototypes to verify and evolve user-experience design guidelines from the main project.
