2014-01-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/663090摘要:在利用類芽孢桿菌於草莓灰黴病之防治應用研究中發現類芽孢桿菌菌株對草莓炭疽病菌也具有拮抗作用,故擬於本計畫試驗類芽孢桿菌防治草莓炭疽病的效果,希望瞭解類芽孢桿菌菌株應用於防治草莓炭疽病的有效濃度、施用方法,及防治炭疽病的效果,並將觀察類芽孢桿菌對草莓炭疽病的抑制作用,包括草莓組織化學變化、過氧化氫累積量的變化,並探討類芽孢桿菌抑菌作用與揮發性氣體及外泌分子的關係,以供應用潛力評估及有效成份基礎資料之建立。<br> Abstract: A previous study shown that a Paenibacillus strain capable of suppressing strawberry gray mold also exhibited antagonistic activity on anthracnose pathogen. Thus, a test on the biocontrol activity of Paenibacillus strains against strawberry anthracnose is proposed. In this project, the effective concentration and applicatiom method of Paenibacillus for the control of strawberry anthracnose, and the management of strawberry anthracnose will be investigated to establish the biocontrol target for the bioagent made with Paenibacillus. The suppression effect of Paenibacillus on strawberry anthracnose will be examined histochemically and on the accumulation of hydrogen peroxide. In addition, the involvement of volatiles and secreted molecules produced by Paenibacillus on the antagonistic activity will be examined.
