The survey data has to waves (2009 and 2016) with a sample size close to 4,000 people. The research will provide valuable descriptive results on how Chinese public think about climate change, as well as offering insights on how gender, age, income, education, residence and various factor influence/shape such understanding. As the largest Greenhouse Gas emitter in the world, this topic carries great significance. This survey data is one of the very few representative survey and the result will certainly generate important contribution to the literature.
