2008-07-302024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/681387摘要:有關山崩敏感區的研究,過去多以山崩發生的潛勢或潛感性地區為主要對象,對於山崩發生後之堆積範圍、可能危害之保全對象等少有考量。檢視國內多次重大山崩災害事件如草嶺、九份二山、新竹土場部落等可以發現,除山崩滑動區的辨識之外,山崩堆積區對於保全對象直接或間接危害的影響更不容忽視,顯見潛在山崩滑動範圍與堆積影響範圍,皆應考慮劃設為山崩敏感區。山崩潛勢範圍國內外以往已有豐碩研究成果,其主要考量為地形、地質等環境因素以及豪雨、地震等致災因素,有關山崩行為的境況模擬,為界定山崩堆積影響範圍的關鍵,依據其結果進行風險評估,更為劃設山崩敏感區之重要參考。國內目前在山崩災害潛勢地區境況模擬與風險評估尚缺乏系統性研究,本計畫自96年度起連續四年,針對國內具有重大山崩災害潛勢之地區,擇定四處案例進行調查、監測與山崩災害境況模擬與風險評估工作,以推廣至其他地區及案例,並提供山崩敏感區劃設的重要參考。第一期研究區為廬山岩體滑動區,於廬山岩體滑動區進行8孔合計500公尺鑽探並裝設現地監測儀器及架設監測展示系統,於地質調查成果方面,繪製比例尺兩千分之一地質圖,此外,開發邊坡遙感探測監測方法並建立廬山岩體滑動區風險評估初步模式。第二期擇定和雅岩體滑動區為研究區,除持續監測第一期廬山研究區外,於和雅岩體滑動區亦規劃設置監測系統並擴大應用第一期工作成果於第二期研究區。<br> Abstract: In the past, researches on the landslide potential mapping focused major on the potential or probability of landslide occurrence. The run-out zone and landslide risk elements are not fully considered. In addition to the landslide slipping area, the effects to the deposition area cannot be ignored while mapping landslide susceptible area in cases such as Tsao-Ling, Chiufenerhshan, and Tu-Chang cases. It is obvious that both the potential sliding area and run-out zone should be considered as landslide susceptible area. Researches on potential landslide areas have been conducted by adopting the environmental factors such as geomorphology and geology, and the disaster-triggering factors such as torrential rain and earthquake. The results of the scenario simulation and the subsequent risk assessment are essential factors for mapping of landslide susceptible area, and such systematic research on the landslide scenario simulation and risk assessment has not been well established in Taiwan. The objective of this project is to establish such model, and four sites with previous landslide hazard were selected for research starting from 2007 for 4 years. The works include geological investigation, field monitoring, landslide scenario simulation, and risk assessment. The results of the research will provide important information for other potential landslide cases and mapping of susceptible area. The study area of year 2007 is the Lushan rock slide area. A total of 8 boring holes with a total of 500 meter rock core are drilled, in-situ monitoring instruments are installed and monitoring result information system website is constructed. The 1:2000 scale geological maps are produced. The remote sensing methods for landslide monitoring are developed, and a preliminary model for the Lushan rock slide risk assessment is established. The study area of year 2008 is Herya rock slide area.
