The tank model is selected as the rainfall-runoff model for the Wu-creek Watershed. The multiple-objective genetic algorithm (MOGA) is used to optimize the parameters of the tank model. The parameters of the tank model are obtained after the optimization process. These parameters can represent the characteristics of the rain-runoff process in the Wu-creek Watershed.
