陳立業2006-07-252018-06-282006-07-252018-06-282003http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/12439本實驗的目標是研究非晶質合金的吸氫性能,利用XRD 及DTA 鑑定其經吸放氫反應後之結晶狀態;並且利用本實驗室自行設計之PCI( Pressure-Composition-Isotherms) 系統來量測鋯基塊狀非晶質合金在室溫下之吸氫量大小,以瞭解其基本的儲氫性質。結果顯示Pd 基及Zr 基兩種非晶合金之吸氫量效果有限,無法達成我們所預期的效果。The purpose of this experiment is to check out the hydrogen absorbing capability of the bulk metallic glasses. For the Zr-Cu-Ni-Al-Ti BMG, the hydrogen content was only about 0.3wt% under 250oC and 15atm of hydrogen for a week. A Pd layer was deposited on the Zr-based BMG by thermal evaporation method. The hydrogen content of the BMG was increased to about 0.5wt%, under the same charging conditions. It was proved that the Pd plating is helpful for the kinetics and the maximum hydrogen content.
