2005-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/658937摘要:目前養豬業生產管理系統中,豬隻死亡率最高之階段仍舊集中於離乳至保育時期。通常此時期之飼糧皆有大量的抗生素被使用。但是,現今抗生素之使用規範日益嚴謹,故減少或免除抗生素於豬隻飼養管理之運用,在未來是勢在必行的。 然而,微生物製劑是目前極具潛力可取代抗生素使用之飼料添加劑,因此本試驗之目的即在探討仔豬離乳前後使用微生物製劑對豬隻生長及免疫能力之效果,分析仔豬血漿中IgG濃度,記錄豬隻生長性能並監測其糞便中微生物之組成。期望能夠藉此提高離乳保育階段豬隻育成率,增加養豬業者之信心,進而減低對抗生素之依賴。 <br> Abstract: In the current commercial pig production system, the highest mortality rate occurs mostly in the nursing and post-weanling periods. Therefore, antibiotic is heavily used in these periods. Regulation of antibiotic usage is getting more and more restricted. Eventually, antibiotic usage will be cut to the minimum dosage with the most limited time or totally phased out. Microbial feed additive is a promising alternative of antibiotic. The present proposal is to investigate the effect of feeding microbial feed additive to peri-weanling piglets on their growth performance and immunity. Plasma IgG concentration, growth rate and fecal microbial composition will be monitored during the course of experiment.
