<br> Abstract: The project longs for the cooperation of teachers, grads, and sophomore students of Department of Civil Engineering, Geosciences, and Geography, to compose an inter-major learning team. Just not long ago, Taiwan was hit by Typhoon Morakot with enormous damage, so we use” Sustainable Governances for the Vulnerable Environment” as the title of this project. We hope to let sophomore students not only look for how their professional courses contributed to these issues, but also observe the point of views between other majors by dividing them into groups. Take practice through the new technologies or methods used by grads to analyze the problems as a approach to know which quantitatively. Field investigations and project competitions will encourage students to engage in group learning and team work, and cultivate student’s integrating and problem-solving abilities.
