2023-01-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/653742國際貿易之外,氣候雙遷所導致的新興病蟲害散佈與發生時有所聞。近年全球暖化加劇且極端氣候出現的頻率增高,政府應當提出面對重要植物病害的因應之道。南方根瘤線蟲是重要的植物寄生線蟲,廣泛分布於全世界且奇主範圍廣泛,涵蓋我國 重要經濟作物。目前,氣候變遷對於南方根瘤線蟲之致病力、病害發展等特性影響尚未明朗 。因此,極需依據氣候變遷未來發展的預測模式,進行相關生物特性與防治方法研究,以詳細評估未來南方根瘤線蟲可能的動態變化,及早擬定相關病害之防治對策。本計畫擬透通試驗探討南方根瘤線蟲於氣候變遷環境中之致病力與族群 變化 ,並對具有潛力的線蟲防治資材進行防治效果、適用性、與其他防治方法相容性等測試,以便提供相關政府單位作為植物保護之政策制定參考。 Besides international trades, the dissemination and occurrence of emerging pests or diseases in a new area are highly associated with climate change. In recent years, the global warming has intensified, and the frequency of extreme climates has increased. It is necessary for the government to prepare and propose methods to cope with important plant diseases. Meloidogyne incognita is an economically highly important plant parasitic nematode, which is widely distributed all over the world and has a wide range of hosts, covering important economic crops in my country. In addition, the impact of climate change on the pathogenicity, host range and other biological characteristics of the nematode is not yet clear. Therefore, it is extremely necessary to conduct related research based on prediction models of the future development of climate change, to assess the possible population dynamic changes of Meloidogyne incognita in the future, and develop related disease management stretegies. This research project aims to study the impact of climate changes on the nematode`s pathogenicity and population growth, and  further test the effect, applicability, and compatibility with other control methods of the potenial control materials. The outcome of this research will be useful information on Meloidogyne incognita management, which will assist realted goverment agencies to deal with the nematode problem immediately and effectively when needed.根瘤線蟲;氣候變遷;病原性;病害防治;Root knot nematode;Climate change; Pathogenicity;Disease management氣候變遷對於根瘤線蟲致病力之影響與因應防治策略之開發
