2023-04-102024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/651738囊蝦類是現生海洋節肢動物中物種數量最多的一個類群,牠們遍布全球,棲地與生態類型多樣,是重要的初級消費者或食腐動物。此外,囊蝦類具有小體型、無浮游幼體期、低遷移能力、對非生物因子和擾動敏感等特性,適合作為環境指標生物,或作為分析環境因子影響海洋底棲動物群聚結構和分布模式的研究材料。然而,因體型小、鑑定不易等因素,科學家們對本類群的了解仍相對缺乏,目前全世界已知物種數僅占估計實際物種數的15%以下;臺灣方面對於本土海洋底棲性囊蝦類的研究更是幾近空白。本計畫將採集臺灣沿海各地亞潮帶珊瑚礁底泥中的囊蝦類群聚,以形態分類學方法了解物種組成,比較不同區域的豐度、群聚結構、多樣性的差異和分布模式,分析環境因子對物種分布的影響,並發掘囊蝦類物種作為環境指標生物的潛能。預期可為臺灣建立初步的囊蝦類物種名錄,對臺灣海洋底棲性無脊椎動物多樣性以及對其有重大影響的環境因子有進一步的了解,成果可能作為未來海岸帶開發環境影響評估的參考。 Peracarids are the largest group among extant marine arthropods. They are crucial primary consumers or scavengers inhabiting various types of habitats all over the world. Moreover, their small size, lack of a planktonic larval stage, low mobility and sensitivity to environmental factors and disturbance make them ideal bioindicators and suitable for analysis of impact of environmental factors on community structure and distribution pattern of benthic fauna. However, due to their small size and difficulty of identification, knowledge about peracarids is still incomprehensive, with the number of described species accounts for only less than 15% of the number of the total estimated speceis in the world. In Taiwan, knowledge about marine benthic peracarids is also scarce. Collections of benthic peracarids in sediment from coral reefs in different regions of Taiwan are carried out in this project, so are the studies on taxonomy of peracarids using morphological method. By comparing the abundances, the species compositions and the diversities of benthic peracarid communities in sediment from coral reefs in different regions of Taiwan, we are able to discover key factors of environment, analyze impact of environmental factors on distribution of peracarid species, and discover ideal bioindicators.臺灣;亞潮帶;珊瑚礁底泥;囊蝦類;多樣性;Taiwan; subtidal; coral reef sediment; Paracarida; diversity人力結構改善(臺灣亞潮帶珊瑚礁底泥囊蝦類多樣性及周圍海洋環境對其之影響)
