國立臺灣大學農藝學系暨研究所劉麗飛2006-08-232018-07-112006-08-232018-07-112000-07-31http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/29658本試驗利用免疫組織化學法分析水稻 榖粒與癒合組織中三種蔗糖合成脢 SS(RSuS1, RSuS2, RSuS3)之表現,結果發 現兩種組織中RSuS1 均主要表現於輸導組 織,並與癒合組織細胞內澱粉累積有關, 但在榖粒累積澱粉的胚乳細胞中則只有 RSuS3 表現,此種差異表現的原因甚值得 進一步探討。The distributions of three rice sucrose synthase (RSuS1, RSuS2, RSuS3) in rice grain and callus were studied by immunohistochemical method. The results showed RSuS1 was mainly localized in the phloem in both kinds of tissue. RSuS1 also localized in starch accumulating cells of rice callus, while only RSuS3 present in starchcontaining endosperm cells of rice grain.
