2012-01-122024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/657402摘要:由於台灣現有劇烈天氣監測技術的時間、空間解析度不足,且缺乏直接對雨滴之觀測,因此難以解析導致豪大雨之中尺度對流系統在複雜地形上之結構及其演變過程。為增進對造成劇烈降雨之天氣系統內部結構之瞭解,中央氣象局提出三年期之「垂直指向微波降雨雷達觀測及資料分析」研究計畫。藉由梅雨期及颱風期之垂直指向微波降雨雷達觀測,獲得大氣垂直結構中的降雨回波強度、雨滴粒子速度、液態水含量、降雨率及雨滴粒徑分佈等重要降雨資訊,並進一步改進雷達定量降雨估計技術,增進其在臺灣梅雨季之適用性。本計畫內容包括:1)應用垂直指向微波降雨雷達及地面雨滴譜儀觀測獲得之資料進行降水系統垂直結構之整合分析,2)擬定垂直指向微波降雨雷達之觀測策略,3)建立資料收集、處理、品質管理及分析之程序。<br> Abstract: On the complex Taiwan terrain, the existing severe weather monitoring techniques do not have enough time and space resolution to reveal the structure and evolution of mesoscale convective systems leading to heavy rainfall. To understand the inner structure of weather systems that lead to severe precipitation, Central Weather Bureau proposes research program for observation and data analysis of Vertical Pointing Microwave Rain Radar (VPRR). The vertical structure of precipitation system in troposphere will be obtained by way of observations of VPRR during Mei-Yu and typhoon season, and the technique of radar quantitative precipitation estimate can be improved.
