2005-11-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/659572摘要:影響蘭科植物開花的因子相當複雜,深入瞭解蘭花開花機制才能精確控制開花時間與開花品質。目前已概略知道蘭科植物的開花與體內碳水化合物的變化息息相關,但更精確更深入的研究則有賴精密的儀器的配合。本計畫擬改善分析設備,對蘭科植物不同生育階段的碳水化合物變化進行深入研究,藉以研發蘭科植物成熟度的檢測技術,有助於正確估判蘭花之開花能力,確保出口蘭苗之品質,以提升台灣蘭花產業在國際上的競爭力。<br> Abstract: There are several factors that affect the flowering of orchids, and their interactions are very complicated. Although low temperature induces stalking in many orchids, the plants need to reach certain maturity in order to be sensitive to the flower-inducing temperature. Carbohydrate content seems to be an important issue regarding this matter.
