2020-01-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/663629摘要：我國管理含中草藥之動物用藥品檢驗登記及審查基準之法規尚未完備，然而隨著伴侶動物天然草藥產品開發的興盛，本國相關產業研發蓬勃且國際新興產品的流通大增，有待建立伴侶動物用含天然植物成分動物用藥品的檢驗登記流程，亟需研析國際先進國家管理伴侶動物用含天然植物成分或中草藥之管理規範建立我國相關動物用藥品的檢驗登記及審查基準。本計畫將針對伴侶動物相關法規進行國際研究，有效釐清具有保健或醫療價值之成分涉及動物用藥品的療效宣稱，需持續彙整國際先進國家的建議法源，建立我國含中草藥成分之動物用藥品療效宣稱的建議指引。<br> Abstract: The regulations governing the registration of animal drugs containing Chinese herbal medicines are not yet complete. The production and import of natural herbal products/veterinary medicine for companion animals have increased, and it is necessary to establish the related regulations for these products. This grant aims to conduct international research on the relevant regulations of the registration of animal drugs and feed additives for companion animals. Summarize the information from developed countries regarding permission and exclusion of herbal ingredients for animal use. In addition, the acceptable nutritional messages, general health messages and the medicinal claims or representations will be collected for the draft guideline.
