2017-02-102024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/682635摘要:水利署自民國93年開始推動重要河川環境營造工作,並於民國95年及民國99年分別研擬「河川廊道復育手冊」及「河川環境管理規劃技術手冊」,作為河川環境規劃之參考。唯現有的河川環境規劃案多為單點、小區域之河川環境營造工程,欠缺考慮生物廊道及水域連續性之需求,也較少以大尺度地景的概念進行論述,常導致工程施做後對上下游河相及河川生態功能極大干擾。過去水利工程施常使用束洪導洪手段,達到河道防洪通洪需求,較缺乏以地景的角度考慮河川的生態功能影響程度,且一般水利工程人員的規劃施工評估影響範圍多僅止於河道區域內,鮮少有生態腹地、洪水平原緩衝帶的概念,因此本計畫希暨將景觀生態學概念導入河川環境管理規劃及相關河川營造工程內,利用景觀生態指數計算工具,將工程影響程度予以明確量化,及根據景觀生態學概念,將河川區域使用分區做更適當的配置,並使水利從業人員在規劃河川環境時,能有基本工具及依循原則,以兼顧生態服務功能及工程、人為使用之需求。<br> Abstract: Landscape ecology is the science of studying the relationships between ecological function and processes in an environment and particular ecosystems. Landscapes are spatially heterogeneous geographic areas characterized by diverse interacting patches. Each patch may host diverse aquatic and terrestrial fauna and flora within an ecosystem. Few studies of landscape ecology focused on the combination of terrestrial and aquatic areas. A riverscape model was developed for adopting river environmental plans especially for characterizing the spatial composition and configuration of habitat patches before and after installing hydraulic structures in the project.
