2005-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/660798摘要：配合環保單位執行「將軍溪流域污染整治計畫」，於將軍溪流域養豬場較密集地區，遴選正常操作豬糞尿廢水處理設施且有適當土地配合之四戶養豬場，推動「畜牧排放水土壤再利用計畫」，達到資源再回收與利用之目標。計畫執行成果可提供環保機關作為評估修正「土壤處理標準」相關規定之依據。主要目的為評估以下項目: 各試區施灌豬糞尿處理廢水於田間施灌兩年後，對四試區之土壤、作物及附近地下水之EC、pH、可交換性鹽基、DO及TDS濃度，Cu、Zn、Mg及Fe之濃度之影響。同時，本計畫收集及評估歐美畜牧處理水使用於農田施灌之養份收支平衡及最佳管理操作系統相關規定，建立土壤施灌制度相關文件，與依示範場評估資料建立研提畜牧排放水土壤施灌計畫之相關文件、土地施灌之評估步驟與原則、及擬提出同意申請之原則等相關作業規範，使農委會有主動參與修法及加強監測管理之責任與義務。參與研商座談會，與環保、畜牧、農糧等機關及相關產業團体辦理土壤施灌制度建立研商討論，克服相關行政、法令與環境相關問題。<br> Abstract: In order to test the effects of livestock treated wastewater applied on the rural soils of Chiang-Chung river of Tainan county, Taiwan, we selected four owners of livestock farmers to apply the wastewater to different soils and crops to monitor the effects of this irrigation program on the soil, crop, and groundwater quality, and to promote the recycling and use of resources discharged from livestock. The objectives of this study are to evaluate the “the regulation of livestock treated wastewater applied on the rural soils in Taiwan” which was established by Taiwan EPA in 2002, and the effects of this treatments on the soil properties, crop and groundwater quality in the six experimental sites between control area and treated area irrigated with livestock treated wastewater in two years. The other objectives of this project also wants to establish the need documents for farmers to apply their irrigation programs to COA and EPA of Taiwan for communication, and these experience was collected from the experiments and procedures conducted by Netherlands and USA. The major consideration was applied based on the site and crop characteristics and water quality and irrigation program of water quality of livestock treated wastewater. The establishment of this application procedure is to let COA can communicate with EPA to establish more reasonable recycling system of livestock treated wastewater onto the rural soils.
