2008-04-082024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/684238摘要:由喜樹枝葉中所萃取之高純度喜樹鹼,乃國內外各大藥廠合成抗癌藥物之重要原 料,在產業鏈中扮演了原料供應者的角色,具有不可或缺的地位。本年度計畫則 繼續改良第一年度研製之喜樹枝葉採收用雛型機,主要針對動力源以及鼓風收集 袋部分,使其能符合田區狀況進行最佳採集作業;此外,並開始設計與試製後處 理用之乾燥裝置,供收穫後的枝葉及時進行乾燥工作,以便後續枝葉萃取喜樹鹼 時達到最適效果。本計畫若完成了適合的喜樹採收機械與收穫後處理設備以及找 出最佳操作模式後,廠商極樂意擴大其栽植面積。由於目前已上市之喜樹鹼類抗 癌藥物銷售金額以每年8%的成長率增加,預估喜樹鹼原料之需求更將會大幅度成 長,喜樹的栽培面積自然也因而會增加,因此本研究預期可突破該產業發展的瓶 頸,提供有效且關鍵性的助益。<br> Abstract: The purposes of this project are to develop a suitable harvest machine and a proper postharvest process for Camptothecin acuminate Decene (Happy Trees). In this year a harvest machine that was just developed last year will be improved. The main works are concentrated on the replacement of a more powerful engine and the improvement of the gathering system for leaves and branches. In addition, we will begin to design a drying device for Camptothecin acuminate Decene. The manufacture of a portotype of the drying device will also be finished. Because the branches and leaves of the Camptothecin acuminate Decene have a high-degree purity of the Camptothecin which is an important source for medicines against many cancers nowadays.
