黃麗珠2006-07-252018-06-282006-07-252018-06-281999http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/11349臺灣成衣工業的衰退始自1980 年代中 期,在空間的分布上,台北縣市、高雄市 及苗栗縣是最主要受衝擊的地區。為謀求 生存,九成以上成衣業者已赴海外投資設 廠,中國大陸除外,亞洲地區也是主要外 移地點。未赴海外投資設廠者,有五成加 強國內市場的開拓。研究調查顯示,國內 中小型成衣廠,以外銷為主者,仍占多數, 約75%,以內銷為主者,只占25%。從事外 銷的成衣廠商,51.85%在海外另有加工廠 的設置。出口地區,仍以美國為主,77.8% 的廠家有產品出口到美國;出口訂單,80% 來自國內外貿易商。內銷的經營,則以交 付大盤商及自設專櫃或門市方式為主體, 約占61%。The decline of Taiwan’s clothing industry started from the middle of 1980s. The clothing industry in the counties of Taipei, Kaoshung and Kiaoli has been experienced most severe impact. 90% of clothing manufacturers have moved overseas for continuing production. Besides Mainland China, Asian countries are the major destination of those moved out manufacturers. 50% of clothing manufacturers staying in the island would have strengthened their enlargement of domestic market. According to the survey, 75% of Taiwan middle and small size clothing manufacturing are still focusing on exporting business. There are only 25% of manufacturers concentrating their business on the domestic market. 51.85% of the company for exporting have established their overseas manufacturing factory.
