2012-01-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/648272摘要：現今人類知識與技術的發展，包括生物醫學及行為與社會科學，日益仰賴研究參與者來參與研究，然而任何研究都可能為研究參與者帶來風險或違 背其利益，因此有關研究參與者的保護機制及研究倫理之探討，持續受到關 注與重視。為了推廣保護研究參與者之概念、使本校之行為與社會科學研究更符合 國際水準與各項倫理規範、普及並貫徹社會行為科學之研究倫理審查制度， 本校特提出此計畫，其研究目的如下：（1）成立「北區保護研究參與者聯盟行政管理中心」，該中心的任務為協助 處理區盟審查、教育訓練、諮詢服務等相關行政事務。（2）服務北區聯盟並持續針對北區聯盟成員進行教育訓練與說明會。（3）培訓北區聯盟種子委員，並規劃建置全聯盟性質的專責審查委員會「北 區保護研究參與者聯盟研究倫理委員會」。（4）本校校內之委員與研究倫理中心工作人員持續教育訓練，推動本校研 究倫理之紮根教育，調整完備研究倫理審查制度。（5）電子化審查系統之建置與線上教學系統之整合，以簡化審查程序並增 加行政效率，同時符合無紙化之環保願景。<br> Abstract: The advanced in biomedical and behavioral & social sciences relies heavily on human research participants involved in the research. However, any human research inevitably may bring risks and harm to its human research participants. Therefore, government has been aware of the importance of human research protection program and has become more and more cautious with research ethical regulations. In order to protect human research participants, maintain the high ethical standards of social and behavioral sciences researches in National Taiwan University in compliance with international ethical guidelines, and implement the ethical principles in social and behavioral sciences researches, we plan to initiate this project entitled “Constructing the Governance Framework of National Taiwan University and the League of Universities in Northern Taiwan for Human Research Protection Program.”The specific objectives of this project include: (1) to establish “the administrative center of the League of Universities in Northern Taiwan” to assist the League universities in reviewing protocols, conducting educational training courses, consultation in research-related fields, and other administrative affairs.(2) to provide services to League universities and conduct educational training courses and introductory orientations. (3) to educate new REC members of the League universities and accomplish the preparation of developing a League-wide REC in the coming year. (4) to provide continuing education to REC members and staff in National Taiwan University, and adjust and complete the review system.
