SW.] 為最大宗,其花期主要集中在7至10月 ,容易造成產季過度集中而降低市場價值。蘭科植物開花主要受外在光週期、溫度 、光度、水分及內在賀爾蒙所影響。植物生長調節劑已成功被運用誘導許多蘭科植 物的開花,以增進品質與產量。若能利用生長調節劑調控四季蘭花期,除了有助於 增加四季蘭的利用效益,也可增進農民收益。常用於蘭花花期調控的生長調節劑包 括植物生長素、細胞分裂素、激勃素等。此等植物生長調節劑會影響植物碳水化合 物分配與代謝,並影響其開花表現。但不同蘭花對不同藥劑及濃度的反應不同,因 此施用藥劑、濃度與施用時機等方面都會影響結果,且種間差異大,而蕙蘭屬仍缺 乏相關報導,有待深入探討。本研究將綜合園藝操作、化學藥劑使用以及環境調控 來進行四季蘭的產期調節,期能找出最適之組合以精確調節四季蘭之產期。<br> Abstract: Cymbidium is the third most exported orchid group in Taiwan and Cymbidium ensifolium (L.) SW. is the most exported within the group. The market value of Cymbidium ensifolium decreases when production is abundant during the typical flowering season from July to October. The flowering of orchids is mainly affected by photoperiod, temperature, light intensity, water relationship, and plant hormones. Plant growth regulators have been used successfully to regulate the flowering of many orchid species and to improve their quality and production. If the flowering of Cymbidium ensifolium could be regulated by plant growth regulators, it would not only help to increase the utilization of Cymbidium ensifolium, but also increase the grower’s income. Auxins, cytokinins, and gibberellins are common plant growth regulators used for controlling the flowering of orchids, but various orchids respond differently to different plant growth regulators. In addition, plant growth regulators also affect the carbohydrate metabolism and distribution in plants and regulate their flowering. Factors such as chemical agent, its concentration, and application timing all affect the flowering of orchids, but relevant research in Cymbidium ensifolium is still lacking.
