2016-05-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/682355摘要:本研究定期收集野生動物檢體,進行死亡動物之病理學解剖檢查,並建立野生動物疾病資料,以螢光抗體試驗法 (FAT)、核酸檢驗 (RT-PCR)、病理學診斷、免疫組織化學染色(Immunohistochemistry)法等診斷技術,監測狂犬病在野生動物族群中的分布概況與病原分析,防止人畜共通傳染病之傳播。由例行性監測計畫建立臺灣地區野生動物的狂犬病發生概況資料與分布,以提供調查研究資料供主管機關與相關防疫檢疫單位參考。 <br> Abstract: This study is a continual rabies monitoring and surveillance study in free-range wildlife. Routine clinical observation, pathological examination, fluorescent antibody test (FAT), immunohistochemiscal staining, reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction and sequencing for wildlife in Taiwan will be performed. Potential zoonotic diseases will be monitored in order to prevent their spreading to humans and animals. Results obtained from the study can provide the government information regarding the current status of wildlife diseases in Taiwan which will be beneficial to wildlife disease control and risk management.狂犬病野生動物監測RabiesWildlifeSurveillance研發鼬獾狂犬病口服疫苗餌料及野生動物狂犬病監測計畫
