2006-06-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/663682摘要:(一)計畫緣起 本期計畫除以過去三年之研發基礎,繼續推廣已開發成功之關鍵技術。第二期計畫處理之廢棄物對象為灰渣及污泥,這些廢棄物為產業廢棄物之大宗,且大都含有重金屬物質,需進一步進行資源化及資材化。計畫內容更要擴及這些廢棄物在回收或去除重金屬後之一般灰渣及污泥,如何進一步將資源化技術之產品及這些剩餘污泥資材化,為本期研發之重點。除公告應回收或再利用之廢棄物已有適當之資源化管道外,其餘含重金屬廢酸鹼、灰渣、污泥等廢棄物,依法必須固化法、穩定法、電解法、薄膜分離法、熱蒸發或熔煉法處理。而面對環保法規要求日益嚴格,加上地球資源不足的問題開始浮現,且我國加入WTO後所面臨的環境及生態保護的壓力。所以要研發將這些含重金屬之灰渣及污泥進行資源化以回收重金屬,或以資材化技術作為功能性資材或環境友善資材。 (二)計畫內容 本跨校研究團隊已研發多項有害重金屬污泥資源化處理技術,並擁有相關資源化處理技術之專利達11件。本期計畫將以過三年的研發成果作為基礎,整合各項研究資源,研發具前瞻性及創新性的含重金屬灰渣及污泥資源化處理之本土化技術,本計畫將含重金屬灰渣及污泥資源化處理技術的研發方向分成資源化<br> Abstract: There are over one million tons of heavy metal-containing dust/slag/sludge (HMDSS) generated form industries in Taiwan each year. The HMDSS is the waste that needs proper intermediate treatment before final disposal. At present, the common intermediate treatment and final disposal technologies of HMDSS are solidification and landfill. However, the future treatment and disposal technologies of HMDSS will be carried out to fulfill higher standard in both the environmental aspect and resource recycling. Thus, how to reduce the generation of HMDSS, recycle the valuable metal from HMDSS and reuse them as resource become the major subjects in the global world. The research group proposes a three-year research program to develop an integrated technology for recycling and reuse of HMDSS. In this project, there are three research topics, including development of resource recycling technology, resource materializing technology and environment friendly materializing technology in HMDSS treatment.
