2012-04-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/660059摘要:黴菌毒素為影響畜產業生產力的重要危害因素之一。嘔吐毒素((DON; vomitoxin)是 一種鐮刀真菌(Fusarium fungi)產生之單端孢菌毒素(Trichothecenes),也是穀 物及其副產物最常見污染物之ㄧ。DON會影響包括白肉雞在內的多種非反芻動物,雖 然白肉雞對DON的反應不如豬來得敏感,攝食受DON污染之玉米會造成生長及健康上 的問題。飼糧性DON含量超過 5 mg/kg以上才會有生產降低的情形出現。DON毒性另 一個重大危害是消化道受損,DON影響雞隻腸道形態學,並降低小腸之營養吸收。然 關於DON的潛在影響仍有需要對動物的暴露進行更多的研究,以便提升評估DON不利 影響的能力。DON的毒性為動物飼養帶來巨大的損失,為減少產業損失以及提高生產 效率,有必要建立飼料中DON管理基準,俾有所管理依循。本研究的目的探討不同濃 度DON對白肉雞生長性狀和消化道形態上的影響,並據以建立國內DON毒素之容許標 準。<br> Abstract: Mycotoxin is one of the cirtical harmful factors influencing livestock industry production. Deoxynivalenol (DON; vomitoxin), a trichothecene mycotoxin produced by Fusarium fungi, is one of the most common contaminants of grains and their byproducts. Deoxynivalenol can affect the health of many non-ruminant animals including broilers. Although broilers are regarded to be less sensitive to DON compared to swine, ingesting DON-contaminated corn could cause growth and health problems. Chickens respond to increasing dietary DON concentrations with a reduction in productivity only at high levels above 5mg/kg. One important aspect of DON toxicity is injury to the gastrointestinal tract. DON has an influence on intestinal morphology of chickens and reduces the intestinal nutrients absorption in the chicken small intestine. However, additional research on animal exposure needed to assess adverse effects of DON. DON toxicity causes massive loss to the animal production industry.
