2007-10-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/662380摘要:本試驗的目的在對國內蔬菜的抗氧化力作系統性的分析,並根據分析資料選取數種本土蔬菜,進行營養基因體學的研究,初步以老鼠為攝食動物,瞭解各蔬菜的攝食後效果,篩選出相關基因,建立研究平台,以利將來逐步分析各樣本土蔬果,建立完整的資訊庫。<br> Abstract: The objective of this study is first to develop the database of the antioxidant activity of Taiwan vegetables for nutrigenomics. At least 80 kinds of vegetables will be scored by FRAP assay. According to the database, 3 vegetables will be selected for mouse feeding experiment.
