2016-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/655868摘要:流行病學研究證實高脂飲食 (high fat diet;HFD) 與生活習慣改變引起的肥胖人口正逐年增加,其所衍生的代謝症侯群 (metabolic syndrome) 也已成為影響台灣和世界各國人民健康的主要問題。肥胖是屬於一種慢性疾病,主要來自於身體能量攝取與消耗的失衡, 導致過多的能量儲存於脂肪組織。脂肪細胞新生作用(adipogenesis) 是指前脂肪細胞分化變成脂肪細胞的過程,會使脂肪細胞的數目增加和體積變大,與肥胖的形成有關,因此抑制脂肪細胞新生作用可視為抗肥胖之新策略。本研究先以 3T3-L1 前脂肪細胞模式評估紅豆對脂肪細胞新生作用之影響,再以高脂飼料誘導 C57BL/6小鼠肥胖之動物實驗模式,評估紅豆降低體脂肪生成之效用。確立紅豆抗肥胖之保健功效後,再進行活性指標成分鑑定,並開發低糖益生菌之養生片作為保健食品,期望藉由本計畫證實紅豆之保健功效,提升國產紅豆的利用性與經濟價值,並改善國人肥胖問題。<br> Abstract: Obesity and metabolic syndrome are important health problems. Epidemiological data has demonstrated the high fat diet (HFD) and change in lifestyle is linking to obesity, and the prevalence of obesity-derived metabolic syndrome is rapidly increasing in Taiwan and worldwide. Obesity is a chronic condition that caused by imbalance of energy intake and expenditure, results in excessive fat stored in adipose tissue. Adipogenesis is a key process in determining the number and size of mature adipocytes in the development of obesity. We investigated the effects of adzuki bean (Vigna angularis) on adipogenesis and the molecular mechanisms in adipocyte differentiation. Furthermore, we examined the anti-obesity effects of adzuki bean on obesity animal model. C57BL/6 mice were fed high-fat diet (HFD) and adzuki bean at same time. When the anti-obesity effect of adzuki bean been established, identifying the active compounds from adzuki bean ethanol extracts. Finally, we develop the functional food.
