陳國泰臺灣大學：會計學研究所黃文玲Huang, Wen-LinWen-LinHuang2007-11-282018-06-292007-11-282018-06-292004http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/61639本研究以自行建立之評分表作為網站資訊透明度的衡量指標，藉以分析公司特性與網站資訊透明度之關聯性。與過去研究不同，本研究之資訊揭露程度同時考量了資訊揭露的品質與數量。此外在公司特性方面，特別加入了公司治理與國際化財務操作等項目。本研究共提出十項有關各公司特性與網站資訊透明度相關性之假說，並以複迴歸分析加以檢定。研究結果顯示，組織規模、獲利能力、舉債程度、是否為資訊電子業、有否發行海外有價證券、是否在美國發行有價證券、未入帳無形資產，以及機構法人持股比例等八項公司特性，與公司網站的資訊透明度具有顯著的正向關聯性；董監持股以及獨立董監等公司治理相關變數則不具顯著性。This study develops a measurement of information transparency at corporate website and uses it to investigate the association between firm's characteristics and information disclosure at their websites. Differing from previous studies, this study considers not only the quantity but also the quality of information disclosure. In addition, factors of corporate governance and international finance policy are also included in the characteristics of firms. This study posits ten hypotheses about the relationship between corporate characteristics and website information disclosure. Multiple regression analysis is conducted to test these hypotheses. The result shows that statistically significant positive relationships exists between degree of information transparency and eight firm characteristics - size, profitability, leverage, industry, issuing securities abroad, issuing securities in US, intangible assets and institutional ownership.
