2015-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/661466摘要：俗話說：「民以食為天」，可見吃食對人類的重要猶如天地。台灣亦有美食天堂的美譽，隨著時代進步，人類對食品安全的關注更加重視。無論年齡、性別、種族，食媒性疾病對於每個人的健康皆有深切影響，故對於食媒性疾病的研究相當重要。食媒性疾病之監測目標在於監控食媒性疾病個案、偵測突發之食媒性疾病、估計食媒性疾病影響層面等。而食媒性監測需要跨單位之協力合作，才能有效防範食媒性疾病之突然爆發、降低食媒性疾病對台灣人民所帶來之健康傷害。其中地方衛生單位人員之訓練尤其重要，訓練有素之調查人員可以成為流行病突發案件調查之有力人才，在疾病監測系統中建立起高專業度之第一層防線，強化監測效能，為國民健康把關。在此培訓計畫中，基礎與進階課程中皆包含專題研究報告，透過督促學員研讀學術期刊，精進專業知識，與講師、同儕交流意見，達到互相切磋、自我要求、良性競爭之友善學習環境。基礎培訓課程部分包含流行病學原理、生物統計學、問卷設計以及疫情調查監測等專業課程，除此之外，為了加強調查人員之應變人力，更強調現場模擬之實作、統計軟體實地操作與撰擬疫情資料分析等實務方法。進階培訓課程將以基礎為底，邀請專家學者做專題演講，讓學員能對食媒性疾病流行病學調查有更進一步之體認，同時參考國外經驗，使調查人員思維與視野與國際接軌，造福國人。<br> Abstract: “Food, like sky, is the necessity of the people. ” is a tranditional proverb in Chinese culture, and Taiwan is famous for its fabulous food. In nowadays, People has more concerns about food safety. No matter what their age, gender, or age, everyone is at risk from food-borne illness, this is why foodborne diseases is a major public health problem worldwide. The objectives of foodborne diseases surveillance is to monitor individual foodborne illness cases, to detect foodborne outbreaks, and to estimate the burden of foodborne diseases. To prevent foodborne outbreaks and lower the risk of foodborne diseases, promoting an integrated intersectoral cooperative network is necessity. In the circle of intersectoral collaboration, the training of investigators in local health bureau is important. With the well-training investigators, the construction of foodborne disease surveillance system could become strong and durable, and high efficient for improving healthy of people. In this training program project, there are seminars in both basic and advanced course. Through studying academic journal, the program attendants could sharpen their professional skills and exchange opinions with teacher or classmates in a healthy winning attitude and friendly learning environment. The basic training program consists of epidemiology of infectious disease, biostatistics, questionnaire survey designing, and illness surveillance. To strengthen the flexibility of investigators, practical simulation about detecting, biostatistics computer working, and outbreaks analysis is introduced. Advanced training program would build beyond the fundamental of basic training program.
