In this study, we found that STAT6 played a critical role in modulating the suppressive ability of Treg-of-B(P) cells. STAT6 deficient Treg-of-B(P) cells could not alleviate inflammation in animal model of asthma in vivo. In conclusion, we report a novel finding that the STAT6 is important for the induction and function of Treg-of-B(P) cells.黏膜耐受性調節性T細胞mucosal toleranceTreg cellStudy on the Role of STATs Signal Pathways in the Development and Functions of Regulatory T Cells induced by B cells
