2015-02-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/710792摘要:隨著台灣化學工業由”提高操作效率”到”創新製程設計”的轉型,對新興材料科技的依賴更深,包括材料特性量測技術(Ⅹ光繞射儀、氮氣吸脫附測定、形態觀察、霍式轉換紅外線光譜儀、 熱重示差同步掃描分析儀、紫外光–可見光譜儀、離子層析儀)、製備技術(溶膠凝膠法、微胞法、濺射法)、混合及分散技術(接觸角儀、黏度計)、觸媒技術(產氫、減碳)、光電應用技術(染料敏化太陽能電池、電致色變、電化學感測器)以及薄膜製備與分離技術(水處理、氣體分離、滲透蒸發)。本研究團隊整合國內粉粒體與多孔材料製備、特性鑑定與實際工業應用之人力與資源,過去經由群體研究計畫的執行和產學合作,已累積出不少經驗與成果,因此提出 &#733;粉粒體與多孔材料技術產學聯盟推展計畫&#733; ,期望透過此計畫的執行,推動與粉粒體和多孔材料科技相關之學理研究與技術開發,增進產學合作與技術交流,協助產業技術升級,提升產業的競爭力。<br> Abstract: Upon the transition of chemical industry in Taiwan from enhancing operation efficacy to designing novel processes, the new materials technologies are essentially important. For examples, several technologies include (1) characterization of materials (XRD, nitrogen adsorption/desorption measurement, SEM, FT-IR spectroscopy, TG-DTA, UV-Vis spectroscopy, and IC), (2) synthesis of powders and porous materials (sol-gel process, emulsion and spraying), (3) mixing and separation (contact angle and viscosity), (4) catalytic reactions (H2 generation and CO2 consumption), (5) optical-electronic devices (dye-sensitized solar cells, electrochromics and chemical sensors) and (6) membrane fabrication and separation (water treatment, gas separation and pervaporation) have been applied on new powder and porous materials in order to understand their physical and chemical features. In addition, the applications of the new powder and porous materials on catalysis, membrane separation and optical-electronic industries are getting more and more popular. Our team has integrated the synthesis, characterization and applications of powder and porous materials and had a lot of experience in collaboration with industries. Therefore, we propose “the Industrial-Academia Consortium on Powder and Porous Materials (PPM)” in order to accelerate the collaboration between academy and industry through the technical service and information exchange.
