2013-06-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/687197摘要：本圖書採購計畫將以「憲法的功能變遷」概念為軸心，以國家學暨憲法理論、憲法基礎理論、基本權理論之發展、國家任務論、違憲審查權（憲法審判權之發展）、比較憲法運作等六大研究範疇之外文研究論著與電子書作為圖書蒐集重點領域，選書的重點著重於與「憲法的功能變遷」此一軸心概念相呼應者，期能有效充實台大圖書館館藏，造福國內研究人員。擬蒐藏圖書，以英文、德文、日文為主，兼及法文圖書。<br> Abstract: This project is chiefly concerned with the concept of the functional transformation of constitution, mainly collecting books and electric books in foreign languages in the fields of state and constitutional theory, basic constitutional theory, development of fundamental rights theory, theory of the task of state, competence of judicial review (development of constitutional trial competence) and comparative constitutional functioning. The collected books focus on those relating the key concept the functional transformation of constitution in order to effectively enhance the collection of the National Taiwan University Library and to benefit domestic researchers.
