2015-07-082024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/661859摘要:伽羅木醇型土肉桂(Cinnamomum osmophloeum ct. linalool)為臺灣特有的土肉桂中之1種化學品系,經前兩年度的研究結果證實,伽羅木醇型土肉桂葉子精油含有大量的S-(+)-Linalool,此外,伽羅木醇型土肉桂葉子精油及其主成分降低焦慮之功效與抗焦慮藥物相當,值得注意的是與R-(–)-Linalool相比,S-(+)-Linalool對小鼠生理的負面影響較小。因此,本研究利用秀麗隱桿線蟲評估伽羅木醇之抗氧化及減緩阿茲海默症之功效,同時探討兩種絕對立體組態的伽羅木醇之活性差異,並偵測線蟲體內的活性氧變化,瞭解伽羅木醇之抗氧化活性對延緩阿茲海默症之影響。期能將伽羅木醇型土肉桂葉子精油及其成分能開發為減緩阿茲海默症之藥物或保健產品。<br> Abstract: Cinnamomum osmophloeum ct. linalool is one chemotype of the indigenous cinnamon in Taiwan. In last two years, results have demonstrated that the major constituent in essentials from C. osmophloeum ct. linalool leaves is S-(+)-linalool. It was also found that essentials and S-(+)-linalool from C. osmophloeum ct. linalool leaves have anxiolytic effects, which are apparently similar to approved drug to treat anxiety. In addition, S-(+)-linalool has fewer side effects than R-(–)-linalool in mice. Hence, we employed Caenorhabditis elegans to investigate the antioxidant and anti-Alzheimer’s disease activities of linalool in this year. This study was also designed to assess the effects of the stereochemical configuration of linalool on its biological activities. Furthermore, reactive oxygen species (ROS) was measured to examine the antioxidant effects on Alzheimer’s disease in C. elegans.
