2017-01-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/663556摘要:我國近年來自許多出口園藝作物之園區內的栽培介質中檢出植物寄生性檢疫線蟲,而此並不符合作物出口之規定。有鑑於栽培介質之種類繁多,而目前並無對於其內植物寄生性線蟲相有足夠了解,本計畫擬透過普查的方式,蒐集我國現今園藝用栽培介質材料,探討其內植物寄生性線蟲之分布情形。透過本計畫之執行,了解特定檢疫線蟲之存在、分布及病害發生情形,並對先前無紀錄之植物寄生性線蟲進行初步培養、病原性研究並評估其存在風險與控制成本,以利防疫法檢疫相關政策之決定參考。並且藉由本計畫之執行,培育國內線蟲採集與鑑定人才,提升我國未來防疫檢疫相關工作之順利推行。<br> Abstract: Quarantined plant pathogenic nematodes have often been isolated from many planting materials in commercial horticultural orchards. These orchards fail to meet the standards or regulations for plant products exportation. There are a good variety of planting materials that have been used in orchards in Taiwan, but very little do we know about the plant parasitic nematodes inhabiting within. This project will sample all planting materials in commercial orchards in Taiwan over two and a half years, and investigate the plant parasitic nematode distribution and related disease incidences among them.This project will also investigate the newly discovered nematode species when encounter, and evaluate their pathogenicity, culture condition, and risk of causing epidemics. Temporary student workers or assistants working on the project will be trained properly on nematode research relating skills, such as sample collection, processing and basic nematode identification.The information and data result from this project will provide precious insight on planting material related plant parasitic nematode population in Taiwan orchards, and assist BAPHIQ on future quarantine policy and regulations developments.線蟲致病性栽培介質nematodespathogenicityplanting material常用栽培介質中植食性線蟲相調查及新發現線蟲之致病性評估
