2017-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/694447摘要：飼料中添加銅具有促進生長與改善飼料利用效率的效果，於離乳仔豬與生長豬前期效果更為明顯，因此，目前於豬飼料中均會普遍添加銅。然而，飼料中添加的銅，將近90%不被吸收利用而隨糞便排出體外，並蓄積於土壤中造成環境污染。為兼顧豬生產效能及生態保護，經濟部標準檢驗局增修訂雞及豬配合飼料含銅及鋅限量，雞配合飼料之銅及鋅的最大限量分別為30 ppm及120 ppm；豬配合飼料之銅最大限量在乳豬用人工乳及哺乳豬均為60 ppm，15至30公斤仔豬為50 ppm，大於31公斤之肉豬及種豬為25 ppm。國家標準雖已調降銅之使用量，然而，若能進一步減少飼料中銅的使用量，對環境保護將有積極而正面的貢獻。因此，本計畫總目標為銅減量飼料添加物的開發，本年度將建立促進銅吸收功能之體外評估方法，並利用此方法大量而快速地篩選具有促進銅吸收功能之潛力物質，期能藉此開發銅減量飼料添加物，以提高銅的吸收量而減少飼料中銅的添加量，進而減少糞便中銅的排放量。<br> Abstract: Copper, as a feed additive, is effective in growth enhancement and feed efficiency improvement in weanling pigs and growing pigs, so it is widely used in pork production around the world. However, copper in pig diets usually exceeds the minimum requirements, and more than 90% of the indigested copper is excreted in the manure. The excreted copper can accumulate in soils, and leads to environmental consquences. In order to give consideration to both productivity and environmental protection, the Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection has lowered the standard for copper feedstuffs. In the complementary and complete feedstuffs for poultry, the standard for copper is 30 ppm; in the complementary feedstuffs for weanling pigs, the standard for copper is 60 ppm; in the complementary feedstuffs for the piglets (weight range between 15 to 30 kg), the standard is 50 ppm; in the complementary feedstuffs for the pigs weighing more than 31 kg, the standard is 25 ppm. Although the Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection has lowered the standard for copper in feedstuffs, reducing the contents of copper in feed would reduce concentrations in the manure and thus minimized the contribution to environmental pollution. This research aims at development of feed additives that decrease copper excretion. The in vitro assessment of copper absorption will be established, and the compounds that facilitate the copper absorption will be screened. The screened compounds might be used as feed additives that possess the ability to decrease copper excretion.銅吸收飼料添加物copperadsorptionfeed additive
