2015-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/658239摘要:本計畫研究人員將與美國農部太平洋地區研究中心(Pacific Basin Agriculture Research Center, USDA)進行雙方合作研究,透過移地研究與雙方討論的機會,共同研究地中海果實蠅的出沒情形與誘引行為。進而建立地中海果實蠅的自動化誘引監測技術,並在完成誘引監測技術後於移地研究場域建立地中海果實蠅的自動化誘引系統雛型。本年度計畫工作內容包含(1) 修正地中海果實蠅的誘引通道與改良誘引計數方式,並於移地研究場域進行誘捕測試,篩選出誘引效果較佳之誘捕裝置。(2) 持續觀測地中海果實蠅的誘引進入行為,並與共同研究單位合作同步進行人工調查,藉此驗證自動化系統計數的誘引計數功能。(3) 與共同研究單位挑選適合的長期監測場域,於該場域建立地中海果實蠅的自動化誘引系統之實驗平台,透過長期的地中海果實蠅監測,藉此收集地中海果實蠅的棲群變化數據。<br> Abstract: The researchers will work with Pacific Basin Agriculture Research Center, USDA. In this ex-site research, the pest population and attraction behavior of the Mediterranean fruit fly will be researched. The automatic monitoring technology will be constructed in this project, and we will also establish the automatic monitoring system for the Mediterranean fruit fly in Hawaii, USA. In this year, the researchers will modify the pest tunnel and the counting method for the Ceratitits capitata (Mediterranean fruit fly). The modified pest tubes will be established at selected monitoring area for capture testing. The researchers will select the pest device with better efficiency and the selected will be used for long-term monitoring. The researchers will investigate the population and attraction behavior via video record and monitoring system for Mediterranean fruit fly. The collecting data will be used for evaluating the automatic counting function of the monitoring device. Moreover, the researchers will establish one automatic monitoring system for the Mediterranean fruit fly in Hawaii, USA.
