2015-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/655693摘要:本計畫目標為建立完全人工光植物工場量產結球萵苣、草莓、苗菜、低鉀或低鈉茼蒿、水芹與芝麻菜之最佳栽培條件。104年度我們將1.篩選結球萵苣於完全人工光植物工場栽培之最佳日夜溫與根溫,同時找出減緩頂燒病發生率的最適風速與風向;2.改良式循環系統草莓植株營養生長之評估及建立養液管理程序,建立全人工光植物工場誘導草莓植株開花之環境條件;3.透過各項不同環境參數之調變,建立適合萵苣嫩葉苗菜之栽培模式,針對所建立的操作標準作業程序,調查涉及的生產成本與年產能,提供植物工場產業界量產萵苣嫩葉苗菜之參考;4.開發完全人工光植物工場周年生產低鉀或低鈉茼蒿模式。<br> Abstract: The aim of this project is to develop the optimal environmental conditions for producing iceberg lettuce, strawberry, baby leaf greens, low-potassium or low-sodium garland chrysanthemum, graden cress and arugula in the closed-type palnt factory. In 2015, we will 1. select the optimal day/night and root temperatures, speed and direction of air circulation to reduce the incidence of tipbern for iceberg lettuce in closed type plant factory; 2. develop the nutrient management for strawberry grown in circulating nutrient system, and establish the protocol of floral induction in closed-type plant factory; 3. establish the standard operating procedures for producing lettuce baby leaf by adjusting environmental factors leading to the lowest cost and highest productivity; 4. develop year-round production model for garland chrysanthemum with low-potassium or low-sodium content in closed-type plant factory.結球萵苣草莓嫩葉苗菜低鉀head lettucestrawberrybaby leaf植物工場產業技術研發-植物工場作物栽培模式之研究
