許博文臺灣大學:電機工程學研究所陳君朋Chen, Jiun-PengJiun-PengChen2007-11-262018-07-062007-11-262018-07-062007http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/53495射頻辨識標籤天線設計研究人員常指出,天線與晶片間的阻抗匹配,會直接影響到最後的實用結果。然而,一個較好的射頻辨識標籤天線設計,必定與該晶片有良好的匹配效果。因此本研究旨在使用HFSS模擬三種天線結構,探討天線結構變化與其等效阻抗間的關聯;並針對市場上已知的晶片進行共軛匹配設計,最後選取一種晶片與天線連結並驗證。總結而言,此研究希望能夠為射頻辨識標籤天線計者,探討天線結構變化與阻抗間的關係,也可以藉此進一步瞭解不同的晶片與適合的天線結構。The RFID Antenna Tag designers often suggest that the impedance matching between the antenna and the Chip will strongly affect the overall experienced result. Therefore, an efficient RFID tag antenna design has perfect match with single chip ineluctably. The aim of this article attempts to explore how to use these three kinds of antenna structures based on HFSS simulations, and to discuss the relation between the changes of antenna structure and its equivalent impedance. Moreover, the known chips on the market are selected to realize such conjugate match design. One will be chosen to combine with the antenna, and it will be verified eventually.
