The structure of sinularectin (6) was revised, too. Compounds 3, 4, and 8 exhibited inhibitory activity against the proliferation of a limited panel of cancer cell lines, whereas 1, 2, and 8 displayed potent anti-inflammatory activity in fMLP/CB-stimulated human neutrophils. ? 2016 The American Chemical Society and American Society of Pharmacognosy.[SDGs]SDG3antineoplastic agent; cembranoid; cytochalasin B; elastase; formylmethionylleucylphenylalanine; idelalisib; ineleganolide; isoprenoid; n [2 (4 hydroxyphenyl)ethyl] 3 methyldodec 2 enamide; natural product; norcembrene; sinularectin; sinulerectadione; sinulerectol A; sinulerectol B; sinulerectol C; superoxide; unclassified drug; antiinflammatory agent; biological product; cyclooxygenase 2; diterpene; terpene; antiinflammatory activity; antineoplastic activity; Article; cancer cell line; carbon nuclear magnetic resonance; controlled study; coral; cytotoxicity; drug structure; enzyme release; heteronuclear multiple bond correlation; human; human cell; IC50; leukocyte activation; nuclear Overhauser effect; proton nuclear magnetic resonance; Sinularia erecta; solvent extraction; X ray crystallography; animal; Anthozoa; chemical structure; chemistry; drug screening; isolation and purification; macrophage; marine biology; metabolism; nuclear magnetic resonance; Animals; Anthozoa; Anti-Inflammatory Agents; Biological Products; Cyclooxygenase 2; Diterpenes; Drug Screening Assays, Antitumor; Humans; Macrophages; Marine Biology; Molecular Structure; Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, Biomolecular; TerpenesBioactive Isoprenoid-Derived Natural Products from a Dongsha Atoll Soft Coral Sinularia erectajournal article10.1021/acs.jnatprod.5b011422-s2.0-84971449677WOS:000377150900015
